Entrepreneurs of Tatarstan positively evaluate the preventive visits of control bodies

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan has analyzed the effectiveness of implementation of preventive visits by control bodies. In July, entrepreneurs faced with a tool to reduce the administrative burden on businesses were surveyed.
310 preventive visits have already been organized in Tatarstan this year. This format of working with control bodies received positive evaluations from the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and business representatives of the republic.
Among the respondents is Shepelina Elena, the director of the private preschool educational institution "Kungura School". A private pre-school educational institution is a facility with a high population density and rapid territorial growth of dangerous natural phenomena - forest fires.
On July 25, 2022, an employee of the Republic of Tatarstan Ministry of Education and Culture came to the "Kungera" early childhood development school with a preventive visit. He provided the entrepreneur with information on ways to comply with the mandatory requirements of the law, on eliminating the conditions, causes and factors that lead to their violation, and gave advice on preventing the possibility of fire and other risks.
The director of the school appreciated the visit, which explained the legal requirements and problematic issues in detail, as a simple but effective way of cooperation with the investigative bodies.
According to the results of the preventive visit, Shepelina Elena assessed as follows: "The prevention tool allowed us to take the business to a new level of security, which will help us identify possible future risks and eliminate deficiencies." The inspector gave simple advice on compliance with mandatory requirements, helped to identify possible problematic aspects.
