Self-employed of Tatarstan attracted millions of rubles of concessional financing

For the first half of 2022, Tatarstan self-employed received financial support from the regional Fund for Entrepreneurship Support, subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, in the amount of about 20 million rubles.

The self-employed of the Republic of Tatarstan have the opportunity to receive preferential financing at a low rate of 5.5% per annum in the amount of 50,000 to 500,000 rubles for up to 2 years. This year, 121 self-employed have already taken advantage of this opportunity; support amounted to 19.5 million rubles.

Financing can be directed to any costs justified by the borrowers necessary for the implementation of activities, the income from which is subject to the "Tax on professional income", except for refinancing.

At the same time, for those citizens who do not have their own collateral, the Guarantee Fund subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan provides a guarantee for the preferential anti-crisis product “Support 2022”: the maximum amount of guarantee support reaches 50% of the microloan amount, the commission is reduced to 0.5%. This year, 36 self-employed people used the guarantee of the fund, the amount of guarantees provided amounted to about 4 million rubles, which made it possible to attract about 8 million rubles of borrowed funds.

In addition, Tatarstan self-employed can receive information and consulting support at the My Business Center. Consultation is available on all issues related to the use of the application and the issuance of checks for transactions, the conclusion of an agreement with legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.

Every year the Center holds training events, master classes and exhibitions of self-employed products. Programs of information events are drawn up taking into account the needs of self-employed citizens. A number of services are also available for them, including certification of products and their promotion in social networks, bookkeeping, etc.

Measures to support the self-employed are carried out within the framework of the national project "Small and medium-sized businesses and support for individual entrepreneurial initiatives."
