38 business services are available in Tatarstan in electronic form
Today, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov took part in the discussion of the topic of improving work to support small and medium-sized businesses in the constituent entities of Russia in the videoconferencing mode. The meeting was chaired by the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Andrey Belousov.
At the meeting, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov reported on the experience of Tatarstan in transferring measures to support small and medium-sized businesses into electronic form.
Work on the digitization of non-financial business support measures has been underway since the end of 2021. The provision of support measures in electronic form began in February this year. For 5 months, more than 3 thousand applications have been received through the SME Digital Platform.
The Minister noted that the integration makes it possible to seamlessly accept applications from SMEs from the Digital Platform, while not violating the internal business processes for processing them. To date, the number of non-financial services available on the platform is 38. These are the services of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Also, the Republic of Tatarstan is actively working on creating a structure for regional support for SMEs in electronic form. Line ministries, departments, local governments and support infrastructure organizations work on the SME Digital Platform. Already today, on this platform, the process of entering information about services and support measures available to entrepreneurs in each municipality of the republic has been organized. At the moment, these are about 150 services and support measures, of which 30 have already been published on the platform.
The next step is to integrate financial services, including microloans and regional subsidies for SME.RF, for the widest possible representation of republican measures on this site.
Another feature that will be available for entrepreneurs in the near future is the Digital Entrepreneur Profile. The implementation of the Digital Entrepreneur Profile will simplify the application process, primarily for financial support measures. Work will become more convenient for both entrepreneurs and support infrastructure.
