ElectroOptima LLC, a manufacturer of switchboard equipment, distribution and transformer substations, received a soft loan under the 1764 program. Assistance in attracting borrowed funds was provided by the Guarantee Fund subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, providing a guarantee in the amount of 30 million rubles.
The ElectroOptima enterprise has been operating since 2015. In 2020, the company was included in the list of large, economically and socially significant backbone organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan, in August 2021 the company moved to the Zelenodolsk industrial site, where now on an area of more than 6500 sq. meters employs 185 employees.
Among the regular customers of the enterprise: JSC "Grid Company", JSC "GC "EKS", JSC "Mosvodokanal", State Unitary Enterprise "Moscow Metro", SEZ "Innopolis", PJSC "Rosseti". For the Moscow Metro, ElectroOptima LLC supplied electrical equipment for 6 electric depots and 48 metro stations. In Kazan, the company's equipment was installed at the Dubravnaya metro station.
The ElectroOptima company needed debt financing in the amount of 60 million rubles. The enterprise received credit funds as part of federal support measures under the 1764 subsidy program, the rate for which is fixed for medium-sized enterprises at the level of 13.5%.
The company did not have sufficient collateral for the loan, said Ilnur Siraev, a representative of the Guarantee Fund. The Fund provided a guarantee in the amount of 30 million rubles as part of the Sogarantiya product. The direct guarantee of SME Corporation JSC, issued jointly with the guarantee of the Guarantee Fund, ensures the fulfillment of the borrower's obligations up to 70% (75% for single-industry towns) of the loan amount and can reach up to 1 billion rubles.
