The leadership of the Guarantee Fund subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan visited a Kazan enterprise engaged in the development of high-tech innovative equipment. The company attracted debt financing and used the guarantee of the Fund in the amount of 2.5 million rubles.
For more than 30 years of operation, Ferry Watt LLC has created more than 150 units of unique vacuum equipment, some of which have no analogues in the world. The range of tasks solved by the company includes coating by various methods, sublimation, vacuum drying, growing single crystals, vacuum impregnation, infusion, vacuum test chambers and much more.
In the face of sanctions pressure, Ferry Watt LLC enters the import substitution market. At the moment, Ferry Watt LLC has signed an agreement on the development of equipment for the creation of a composite wing for the MS-21 aircraft with Aerocomposite JSC. The company is creating a 3D printer for printing elements of stationary space stations for RosAtom State Corporation and JSC Research Institute NPO Luch. JSC "Chepetsky Mechanical Plant" together with the State Corporation "RosAtom" ordered from the enterprise a pilot plant for applying a chromium coating on zirconium shells of nuclear products.
In order to fulfill obligations under contracts, settle accounts with suppliers and employees, Ferry Watt LLC applied for loan financing in the amount of 5 million rubles to the bank. The company was unable to provide collateral for the loan, the Guarantee Fund provided assistance in this matter by providing a guarantee in the amount of 2.5 million rubles under the Mechanism without re-underwriting by SME Corporation JSC.
Support is provided on the basis of an assessment of the credit risk of the partner bank without additional analysis of the borrower's creditworthiness. The maximum guarantee amount of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic for this product is 25 million rubles. At the same time, the commission for the provided guarantee is 0.75% per annum for the entire period of the guarantee, with the exception of trade enterprises.
