Tatarstan entered the TOP-10 in the ranking of the development of public-private partnerships in the constituent entities of the country

At the end of 2021, the Republic of Tatarstan is in 6th place in the rating among all constituent entities of the Russian Federation, having improved last year's result by 61 positions.

The first five regions are as follows: Moscow region, Moscow, Republic of Karelia, Murmansk region, St. Petersburg.

The rating is formed annually by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and calculates the level of development of public-private partnerships in the constituent entities of the country.

According to the methodology of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, the level of development of PPP in the subject is determined by the results of the assessment of three factors, namely:
- dynamics of the implementation of PPP projects in the reporting year (weight × 70%);
- accumulated experience in the implementation of PPP projects in previous years (weight × 20%);
- the state of the normative-institutional environment (weight × 10%).

The contribution of the first, most significant factor in the dynamics of the implementation of PPP projects, became decisive for improving the results of Tatarstan. According to this component, among other regions, the republic took the 5th position.
