Innovative enterprises of Tatarstan can receive grant support up to 4 million rubles

As part of the strategic initiative "Rise - from Startup to IPO", the Innovation Promotion Foundation announced the start of accepting applications for the "Start-1" competition as part of the "Start" program.

The program is aimed at creating new and supporting existing small innovative enterprises that are at the initial stage of development and are striving to develop and master the production of new products, technologies or services using the results of their own scientific, technical and technological research, which have a significant potential for commercialization.

Individuals and legal entities-subjects of small business can take part in the competition. You can apply through the AS Fond-M system on the fasie.ru website until September 5, 2022.

The main parameters of support are the size of the grant - up to 4 million rubles; R&D completion period is 12 months (in 2 stages) from the date of conclusion of the grant agreement.

As part of the competition, projects are selected in the following thematic areas

• Digital technologies;
• Medicine and technologies of health saving;
• New materials and chemical technologies;
• New instruments and intelligent manufacturing technologies;
• Biotechnology;
• Resource-saving energy.

According to the results of the grant agreement, the grantee must create intellectual property, the rights to which must be registered with the enterprise - the recipient of the grant.

Recall that the strategic initiative "Rise - from startup to IPO" assumes that the entry of technology companies into the stock exchange should be the main indicator for the investment climate in the innovation sector. According to the plans of the Ministry of Economic Development, by 2024 the number of small and medium capitalization companies that have carried out an IPO should reach at least 30. Half of the costs for this will be covered by the state.
