There were no complaints from the business of Tatarstan about violation of the moratorium on inspections

10 June 2022, Friday

In Tatarstan, as well as throughout the country, a moratorium on scheduled business inspections has been in effect since March 10. The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan monitors compliance with the ban; today there have been no complaints from businesses about violations of the moratorium.

The Ministry recalls that if the ban on control and supervision measures is nevertheless violated, representatives of the business community of the Republic of Tatarstan can report this in several ways.

For example, through a personal account on the Portal of the State Services of the Russian Federation in the special section "Complaint against the decision of the control authorities." The term for consideration of such a complaint is 1 working day, not counting the day of its submission.

You can also report violations of the moratorium to the Russian Ministry of Economic Development by sending an application to a special email address proverki.net@economy.gov.ru.

If the entrepreneur does not agree with the decision of the inspector, you can file a complaint in the pre-trial appeal system also through your personal account on the State Services portal (15 working days are considered).

In addition, there are a number of services - republican and federal - aimed at supporting entrepreneurs.

Thus, through the resource "Service 360 °" of the SME Corporation, you can seek advice on various issues of doing business. To do this, you must fill out the feedback form on the website corpmsp.ru/360. In addition to the opportunity to leave a review or send a complaint based on the results of the audit, the service contains information about state support measures, the specifics of doing business under sanctions, etc.

You can also refer to the Internet resource "Proven Business", which I mentioned earlier. Experts will give practical recommendations on how to prevent violations or suggest how to correct those that have already been committed. Upon verification and for advice, you can contact the hotline number of the resource: 8-800 222 37 22 or through a special form on the specified website.
