Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a meeting on the development of industrial parks "Buinsk" and "Aktanysh"
Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a meeting with employees of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, JSC "Projects of Tatarstan", the heads of districts, the Guarantee Fund subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. At the meeting, they considered the further development of industrial parks with a low percentage of occupancy "Buinsk" and "Aktanysh", and also discussed topical issues of residents.
Recall that in 2021, 30 industrial parks of the Republic of Tatarstan were transferred under the supervision of the Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan. This list includes industrial parks with a low percentage of occupancy, requiring an increase in the efficiency of their development, including the Buinsk and Aktanysh industrial parks.
Currently, the workload of the industrial park "Buinsk" is 26.2%, the total area is 26.9 hectares, 4 enterprises are residents of the industrial park. During the meeting, they listened to the report of the head of the Buinsky district, Ranis Kamartdinov, on the current work carried out to improve the efficiency of the industrial park, and issues of residents that need to be addressed. The head spoke about the residents of the industrial park - the fish processing plant LLC "Fish", the concrete plant of IP Aizatullin, the fish production and breeding of IP Khairullin I.I., the feed mill of the KFH Khasanov.
A representative of the Aktanysh district was also heard. The occupancy rate of Aktanysh industrial park is 20%, the total area is 25.5 ha. In 2021, the land plots of the Baza-746 industrial park and the former Selkhoztekhnika building were additionally included. There are 10 residents operating on the territory of the industrial park: the production of milk drinks by LLC Natural Resources, the production of malt by LLC Aksol, the packaging of compound feed of the KFH Garayev, the processing of wood by IP Mansurov, the production of reinforced concrete products by LLC Remstroy, the production of spare parts and parts for KAMAZ ZAO Aggregatny Zavod, etc.
The minister once again outlined the need to intensify work on the development of industrial parks, industrial parks help create new jobs in the republic and attract investment. During the meeting, the Ministry of Economy proposed ways to resolve issues, voiced state support measures available for small and medium-sized businesses.
