"Open to all": business and non-profit organizations of Tatarstan invite you to take part in the selection of inclusive practices

The Agency for Strategic Initiatives has announced the start of the All-Russian Selection of Inclusive Practices. The presented practices will form the basis for the methodological support of a business that is ready to implement these new initiatives. The goal of the all-Russian project “Open to All”, launched by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, is to make goods, services and services more accessible to people with disabilities, as well as to form an inclusive business community.

Companies wishing to sign the National Inclusive Treaty should confirm the importance and relevance of the task of providing people with disabilities with goods, services or services, as well as agree to participate in the implementation or adaptation of inclusive practices within a year after signing the document.

Based on the results of the competition, the expert jury will select the best inclusive business and non-profit practices aimed at increasing the availability of goods, services and services for people with disabilities, expanding their employment opportunities, developing an inclusive corporate culture of companies and inclusive education.

Based on the results of the competition, measures to support business at the federal and regional levels will be formed together with experts and practice holders.

Applications for participation in the competition are accepted in five nominations:

"Universal Design";

"Impact";

"Corporate policy";

"Inclusive Leadership";

"Inclusive Education".

The Agency for Strategic Initiatives is selecting such practices. Applications are accepted on the Smartek platform in five categories: Universal Design, Impact, Corporate Policy, Inclusive Leadership and Inclusive Education.

The best practices will be published in the public domain, they can be used. For companies that do not have an inclusive agenda, but are ready to adapt products, services and services for people with disabilities, the Agency will help select the most appropriate solutions and implement them. The result of the selection should be the formation of an inclusive business community. Visually, it will be presented in the form of a map, where companies and organizations operating and providing services on the principle of "Open to all" will be marked. Local businesses will be able to join this community, and regional and municipal authorities will be able to support inclusive local practices.
