Tatarstan residents will be helped to attract funding under a social contract and implement a business idea

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Center "My Business" of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan (FSE RT) open a collection of applications for participation in a training program for citizens planning to receive a subsidy for the development of their own business or subsidiary farming under a social contract.

The training program is designed to ensure the successful implementation of projects and is carried out thanks to an agreement between the Ministry of Labor of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Center "My Business" of the FPP RT.

How to start an entrepreneurial activity under a social contract?

1. The right to state social assistance on the basis of a social contract may be obtained by representatives whose average per capita family income is below the subsistence minimum* and property security is below the level of property security of a family (citizen)**.

2. Social contracts for entrepreneurial activity are concluded for a period of up to 12 months with the payment of a lump-sum allowance in the amount of not more than 150 thousand rubles.

3. An application for state assistance on the basis of a social contract can be submitted at the department of social protection at the place of residence or stay in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.

After that, it is mandatory to undergo training at the My Business Center of the Tatarstan Entrepreneurship Support Fund, where participants will be helped to prepare a business plan, defend it before a commission in the regional social protection authority and receive funding under a social contract.

The training program is a series of online workshops lasting 5 days, in which participants will gain knowledge and skills on the following topics:

• business idea evaluation;
• market and competitor analysis;
• preparation of sales plan and production program;
• project team;
• financial aspects of business

4. The main requirement for a social contract is to conduct business and increase the monetary income of a citizen (family of a citizen) after the expiration of the social contract.
