Rustem Sibgatullin, First Deputy Minister of Economy of Tatarstan, paid a working visit to the industrial parks of the Arsky and Vysokogorsky regions of the republic. During the visit, representatives of the Ministry of Economy held a meeting with current and potential residents and assessed the need for the construction of engineering infrastructure facilities, applications for which were received from the management companies of industrial parks.
Arsky Industrial Park covers an area of over 21 hectares, where 6 residents are located, some of which are engaged in the processing of agricultural products. The task of the park is to form new technological production chains with the integration of the processing of agricultural products, cooperation schemes and marketing of products of farmers in the region and nearby territories. In addition, agreements have been signed with residents engaged in the production of reinforced concrete products and metal structures. To increase the number of residents and the jobs they create at the facility, it is necessary to carry out work on the construction of engineering and road infrastructure.
The industrial park "HEF" is located on more than 2 hectares of land in the Vysokogorsky district, 6 residents operate on its territory. The park already has production and office premises for a full production cycle, it is distinguished by its favorable location in close proximity to transport interchanges of regional and federal significance, as well as from the city of Kazan. "HEF" has a developed engineering infrastructure, but needs the construction of on-site roads.
Recall that within the framework of the concept of development of industrial parks to ensure comfortable conditions for the activities of residents, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan has developed a new program to create and modernize the necessary engineering infrastructure of accredited industrial parks located in municipal districts.
Rustem Sibgatullin also met with current and potential residents of these industrial parks, where he once again outlined the support measures that are in place for them: tax incentives, loans, microloans, subsidy programs. Also at the meeting, they discussed problematic issues that arise under the conditions of sanctions pressure, existing tools for their solution and proposals aimed at improving existing support programs.
