Issues of the agricultural industry of the Republic of Tatarstan were considered at the meeting of the working group

Today Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a regular meeting of the working group to ensure sustainable development of the region's economy. Within the framework of the meeting with the participation of the leadership of the sectoral ministries, issues of the agricultural sector were considered.

Midkhat Shagiakhmetov noted that at the next meetings of the working group, other sectors of the republic's economy would also be considered in detail. This format of work will allow assessing the results of the ongoing support measures and, if necessary, preparing new proposals for support programs.

The meeting participants considered the results of the development of the agricultural industry in Tatarstan for the first 4 months of 2022 and the forecast for the near future, as well as the effectiveness of the implementation of federal financial and non-financial support measures, including system-forming organizations, and also discussed the results of the balance commissions.

The Minister of Economy noted that one of the tools to assist in import substitution to ensure the smooth functioning of enterprises is the Republican Marketing Center. Midkhat Shagiakhmetov focused the attention of the sectoral ministries on the need to work with enterprises and organizations on the issue of submitting information on the needs and proposals for import substitution to the Republican Marketing Center.

At the meeting, the situation on the labor market and the issue of interaction with sectoral ministries in terms of sending the results of daily monitoring of the state of the labor market and additional information on employment of enterprises were considered.
