Midkhat Shagiakhmetov visited OJSC "Kazan Electric Appliance Plant"
Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov paid a working visit to OJSC Kazan Electropribor Plant. During the visit, the Minister of Economy discussed with the company's management the current work under sanctions and development plans.
JSC "Kazan Plant Elektropribor" is included in the list of backbone organizations of the Russian economy and is one of the leading manufacturers in the field of domestic instrumentation.
One of the main activities of the plant is the production of various systems and devices for aircraft of all types, special equipment, units for gas pumping stations, marine and armored vehicles, as well as the development of products for aviation and industrial purposes.
The company has been operating in the market of aviation and civil products for more than 100 years. The production complex of the plant includes assembly, machining, foundry, stamping, tool, electroplating, welding production, production of plastic parts, winding and much more. And also the plant has its own testing base with modern equipment.
During the visit, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov discussed with the heads of the enterprise the current problems that the plant is facing under the sanctions. According to the company, work is carried out as usual, despite the imposition of sanctions by unfriendly countries.
