On the MSP.RF Digital Platform, the demand of large manufacturing companies and retailers from Russia and Belarus for the supply of products within the framework of the Industrial Cooperation and Sales service is digitized and presented.

Now small and medium-sized businesses can analyze demand online and send their commercial offer for more than 11 thousand items to such companies as: KamAZ, Minsk Tractor Plant, Russian Railways, Rostelecom, Inter RAO, as well as X5 Group retailers, " Magnit", "Metro" and others. The list of companies and the geography of demand will be constantly updated and expanded, from the Republic of Tatarstan 608 enterprises entered the register of manufacturing companies, and 16 companies entered the register of food manufacturers.

This functionality allows large companies and retailers to find trusted SME suppliers, including import-substituting products, and small and medium-sized businesses to find a new distribution channel for their goods.

The buyer of agricultural products can be not only large companies, but also small restaurants, cafes, hotels - everyone who has a demand for high-quality farm products. You can choose a supplier in a particular region through the register of food suppliers.

“Through the service, we help small and medium-sized businesses from the manufacturing and agriculture sectors find trusted suppliers, including import-substituting products, as well as buyers of their goods. A kind of online exchange of contacts and a product catalog of trusted suppliers and buyers are being created. For example, restaurateurs can find a food supplier through the registry, and large manufacturing enterprises can find replacements for departed foreign firms and restore the supply chain of goods,” explained Alexander Isaevich, General Director of the SME Corporation.

At the same time, the service provided entrepreneurs with access to information on long-term demand for the products of large companies with state participation. About 3,000 items have now been digitized and posted.

“Entrepreneurs can also study this demand and apply for participation in the Cultivation program to prepare for purchases under 223-FZ. It will be implemented in a pilot mode,” Isaevich added.

It should be noted that since the launch of the “Industrial Cooperation and Sales” service in early April, more than a thousand companies have used the small volume purchase window. Almost 80 contracts worth 31 million rubles have already been concluded under 223-FZ. In parallel, 13,000 companies were included in the register of industrial companies, and their total number reached 22,000. The new service also helped 450 companies find common ground with potential partners, negotiate and exchange commercial offers, and almost 150 more entrepreneurs are negotiating contracts .

The digital platform was created by the SME Corporation and the Ministry of Economic Development and launched in early February 2022. The project is being developed in accordance with the national project to support entrepreneurship. It is supervised by First Deputy Prime Minister Andrey Belousov.
