Undoubtedly, the innovative development of the economy is characterized by the widespread use of the latest achievements of science and technology in industry, which cannot be achieved without effective interaction between science and production, the involvement of science in the processes of modernization and innovative development of the economy.
In this regard, the creation of favorable conditions for the introduction of innovations through the intellectual property market is a priority in the economic policy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
