Presentation of the strategic initiative "Professionality"

On April 22 at 11:00 at the site of the Moscow Region College "Energy" there will be a presentation of the strategic initiative "Professionality", which will be attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Tatyana Golikova, Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Sergey Kravtsov, Governor of the Moscow Region Andrey Vorobyov, co-chairman of the committee on professional training and professional qualifications of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Andrey Komarov and General Director of JSC "VPK" NPO Mashinostroeniya "Andrey Leonov.

During the presentation, questions will be raised about the impact of "Professionalism" on the country's economy, the modernization of the domestic education system, the interaction of educational organizations and the business community.

"Professionality" will allow building a new industry model of personnel training, synchronized with the demands of the labor market. As early as 2022, 70 educational and production clusters will be created in 42 regions of Russia in priority areas: the nuclear industry, railway transport, metallurgy, mechanical engineering (including aircraft and shipbuilding), the chemical industry, agriculture, light industry and the pharmaceutical industry. By 2024, the number of such clusters will reach 210.

One of the key initiatives of the project is the involvement of business in the partnership management of educational organizations, the maximum focus on practice, the training of specialists in popular professions in a short time. Employers invest in the development of secondary vocational education and provide a basis for the formation of students' practical skills.

In 2022, 150,000 students will be able to take advantage of the opportunities offered by Professionalism. Students will be able to get a highly qualified working specialty in a short time, gain relevant experience in production, which practically guarantees their further employment in the country's leading industry companies. Having mastered modern work areas, a graduate of "Professionality" can get a dream job and become a master of his craft.
