The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a meeting dedicated to the problematic issues of the region's light industry in the face of external sanctions pressure.
Today, the regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry acted as a platform for discussing priority actions that are necessary to ensure the further development of light industry in Tatarstan in the current socio-economic conditions caused by sanctions.
The event with the participation of representatives of the industry, public and business organizations, business support institutions and the First Deputy Minister of Economy - Director of the Department for Entrepreneurship and Competition Development Rustem Sibgatullin was held as part of the working group to ensure the sustainable development of the economy of the republic.
The participants touched upon the issues of import substitution of textile products, fabrics, consumables and equipment, the formation of new production chains, the search for logistics routes, and also discussed personnel needs and measures to support the industry. It should be noted that these issues are under the daily control of the working group to ensure the sustainable development of the economy of the republic, whose meetings are held on an ongoing basis in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The event made it possible to highlight the key issues of the industry and outline further steps to solve them, once again emphasize the importance of enterprises' participation in federal and republican support programs, as well as receive feedback for the further formation of events aimed primarily at the development of this industry and the opportunity to open potential of Russian enterprises.
