The portal "Explain.rf" about the socio-economic situation in Russia has started its work

The Russian government has decided to create a portal explain.rf to promptly inform the population on the most pressing socio-economic issues. This was announced on March 1 by Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko.

“It is important for the government to convey relevant and reliable information to people. Therefore, we decided to launch the information resource “Explain.RF”. It will work by analogy with the Stopcoronavirus.RF portal. The new portal will become a source of verified, official and, what is very important, up-to-date information, which will be updated in real time,” Dmitry Chernyshenko said.

The site has already published answers to topical issues - from transport links to ensuring financial stability and the work of educational institutions.

Travelers who are now abroad can take advantage of the recommendations of Rostourism. The memo of the department explains the algorithm of actions for those who experience difficulties due to the suspension of flights, and provides the numbers of hotlines for airports and airlines. On the site you can also get information from the Ministry of Labor of Russia about employment options for citizens who arrived from the territory of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, find the numbers of all regional employment centers.

One of the tasks of the “Explain.rf” portal is to counter the spread of false data. Refutation of false information - in the "Stopfake" section.

Questions and appeals can be sent through the pages of "Explain.rf" in social networks: in Telegram, Vkontakte, Odnoklassniki and Viber.

Explain.rf is an official Internet resource launched by the Government of Russia to inform citizens on exciting and most pressing issues about the socio-economic situation in Russia. All ministries and departments are involved in the work on prompt verification of responses.
