Entrepreneurs of Tatarstan were among the first to appreciate the convenience and efficiency of the 360° Service, which the SME Corporation launched for business feedback at the end of last year. During this time, with the help of about 250 entrepreneurs to solve their problematic issues.
“We received six appeals from entrepreneurs of Tatarstan: two related to violations during inspections, four related to assistance during the pandemic and measures to support businesses in the face of sanctions pressure. On four of them, our specialists consulted entrepreneurs and gave them recommendations for further actions. On one complaint, assistance was provided with the return of the debt, another appeal is under consideration, ”said Alexander Isaevich, General Director of the SME Corporation.
In total, since the launch of Service 360°, the SME Corporation has received more than 400 requests from different regions. Approximately half of them received advisory assistance, and 34 problems were resolved with the return of debts, obtaining subsidies, reducing rents, canceling the results of inspections, etc.
“Despite the reduction of covid restrictions in the regions, the problems associated with them remain among the most exciting for businesses - every fourth appeal is devoted to this topic. 20% are issues related to work under sanctions, 19% and 18% - with procurement and warranty support. Approximately every seventh appeal concerns business inspections, - Alexander Isaevich said. “We provide 24/7 feedback on all the questions received, we individually approach each person who needs our help.”
It should be noted that after the receipt of applications, the SME Corporation has 15 working days to check the information received, if necessary, take the necessary measures and respond to the applicant.
The SME Corporation launched the 360° Service for Entrepreneur Feedback on November 8, 2021. It allows you to report problems in connection with covid restrictions, difficulties in participating in auctions and during inspections to regulatory authorities. "Service 360°" also allows you to share your opinion on the work of the support infrastructure, the SME Corporation, development institutions on the issues of obtaining state support measures for entrepreneurship.
