Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov stressed that the top priority today is to support enterprises, help them operate and keep jobs without excessive pressure from inspection bodies and shift the focus from physical inspections to the prevention of violations.
In accordance with Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 336, from March 10 until the end of 2022, there is a moratorium on scheduled business inspections by control and supervisory authorities at all levels - federal, regional and municipal. Scheduled inspections are subject to cancellation, and ongoing inspections are to be completed.
The moratorium does not apply to a closed list of facilities for four types of federal control (supervision) - sanitary and epidemiological, veterinary and fire control, as well as supervision in the field of industrial safety. In this case, instead of a scheduled inspection, a preventive visit is allowed.
