The Ministry of Economy discussed the issues of reducing administrative pressure on business in the Republic of Tatarstan

Changes in legislative regulation in the field of control (supervisory) activities were discussed at a meeting of the interdepartmental working group on the implementation of the reform of control (supervisory) activities in the Republic of Tatarstan on March 16, 2022 at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Commissioner under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs, the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Executive Committee of the municipality of the city of Kazan, as well as associations of entrepreneurs of the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives of territorial federal bodies exercising federal types of control in the republic, regional and municipal control bodies participated in the videoconferencing mode.

Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic Natalya Kondratova made a report on the main changes in legislation in the field of control (supervisory) activities.

In her report, Natalya Kondratova noted that from March 10 until the end of 2022, there is a moratorium on scheduled business inspections by control and supervisory authorities. Decisions made at the federal level regarding the conduct of scheduled and unscheduled inspections, as well as preventive measures, were also announced.

The features of the work of control bodies in 2022, taking into account changes in legislation, were announced by the head of the department for supervision over the observance of the rights of entrepreneurs of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan Mirzanurova Nasima.

Ildar Shakirov, Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of the Municipal Formation of the City of Kazan, presented decisions related to the conduct of inspections by municipal structures of the Executive Committee of the Municipal Formation of the City of Kazan in 2022.

Artur Nikolaev, First Deputy Chairman of the Union "Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan", announced information on emerging issues of interaction between control (supervisory) bodies and the business community.

The participants also discussed problematic issues related to changes in legislative regulation in the field of control and supervision activities.

Recall that on March 10, 2022, Decree of the Russian Government No. 336 “On the specifics of organizing and implementing state control (supervision), municipal control” was adopted, according to which a moratorium on scheduled business inspections will be in effect until the end of 2022.
