In 2022,- 29.4 billion rubles are provided for the implementation of national projects in Tatarstan

Funds from the federal and republican budgets are planned to be spent on the construction of social infrastructure facilities, roads, the creation of a comfortable environment, and the clearing of water bodies.

According to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, in 2022, the limit for financing activities of national projects in the Republic of Tatarstan is set at 29.4 billion rubles. Most of these funds will be allocated from the federal budget - 19.1 billion rubles, another 10.3 billion rubles will be added from the republican budget.

The construction of a kindergarten in the city of Kazan and a school in the village of Shilnebash, Tukaevsky district, are aimed at improving the demographic situation.

In the field of healthcare and sports, 49 healthcare facilities will be modernized and 3 sports facilities will be completed and repaired (the construction of an indoor skating rink in the village of Alekseevskiy will be completed, 2 sports halls in the schools of the Apastovsky and Bavlinsky districts will be overhauled).

In the field of cultural development - the construction and repair of 12 cultural facilities (rural houses of culture in the Arsky, Bavlinsky and Zelenodolsky and Kukmorsky (2 objects) districts, a multifunctional center in the Drozhzhanovsky district, a cultural and leisure center in the Mamadyshsky district, an art school in the Arsky district, Centers cultural development in Yelabuga and Zelenodolsk, Youth Theater in Nizhnekamsk, a museum in Laishevo).

As part of the creation of a comfortable urban environment, it is planned to improve 33 parks and squares and tourist infrastructure for the Tyubetey Tower facility in the Verneuslonsky District, as well as create infrastructure for residential complexes in Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny, continue work on the reconstruction of wastewater treatment facilities for household sewerage in the residential complex "Manor Tsarevo" in the Pestrechinsky district and the construction of a water supply system in the city of Nurlat.

To improve the environmental situation, measures were taken to clear 4 water bodies (continuation of work to clear the pond in the village of Derzhavino, Laishevsky District, the right tributary of the Mesha River in the village of Nikolskoye, Laishevsky District and the right tributary of the Vyatka River in the city of Mamadysh, as well as clearing the bed of the Bersut River in the village of Kamsky Lespromkhoz, Mamadyshsky district), continuation of the reclamation of the Samosyrovsky landfill and silt fields, as well as the construction of a BOSK in Kazan.

Within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium Enterprises and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives", support measures for entrepreneurs, self-employed people and farmers are planned.

Recall that the start of the implementation of national projects in the country was given by the President of Russia Vladimir Putin in 2018. On July 21, 2020, by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation, the deadline for achieving national goals was adjusted to 2030. The main goals were the health and well-being of Russians, the development of a comfortable environment, the expansion of opportunities for self-realization and the development of talents, as well as the increase in labor efficiency and business success.
