A round table on the digital transformation of state and municipal services of the Republic was held at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan under the leadership of Deputy Minister Natalia Kondratova. The meeting was attended by representatives of ministries, departments, municipalities.
Natalia Kondratova made a report on the optimization of procedures and deadlines for the provision of state and municipal services. Last year, 125 types of regional and municipal services (including 76 mass socially significant ones) were brought by the Ministry of Digital Development to the republican and federal service portals.
Digitalization of services was preceded by a large-scale analysis and reengineering of their provision processes carried out by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Center for Economic and Social Research under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan. This work made it possible to reduce the terms of service provision from 2 to 12 times.
Within the framework of the round table, they heard the experience of municipalities and state authorities of the republic in providing services in electronic form, analyzed the existing problems and identified ways to solve them.
During the meeting, they outlined a plan for 2022 to convert services to electronic form, informed the authorities about the participation of the Republic of Tatarstan in a pilot project to optimize the provision of state and municipal services, carried out in pursuance of the instructions of Russian President Vladimir Putin to ensure daily and round-the-clock provision of most state and municipal services in a remote format by the end of 2023.
