Midkhat Shagiakhmetov: Alekseevsky district has risen eight positions in the republican rating
The XII meeting of the Council of the Alekseevsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan of the IV convocation was held in the village of Alekseevskoye. The meeting was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for Bioresources Fyodor Batkov, head of the district Sergey Demidov.
Before the reporting session, the delegation visited the Alekseevskoye Industrial Park, one of the residents of which is the Alekseevsky Cable Plant enterprise. It produces cable and wire products. Production opened in 2019. To date, products worth 330 million rubles have been produced. In the future - to increase the volume of production.
The guests also visited the Edem processing shop, which produces 30 types of meat products. The construction of a fish shop is in the final stage.
The exhibition preceded the plenary part of the meeting of the District Council. Here, local producers - workers in trade, production, farmers and the self-employed presented their products.
At the plenary session, issues of the socio-economic development of the Alekseevsky district for 2021 were considered and tasks for the current year were announced. The head of the district Sergey Demidov made a report.
Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov noted that the Alekseevsky district has a great potential and the main task is to unleash it to the fullest extent: “Successful socio-economic development of the republic has always required the dedication of municipalities. Over the past year, the Alekseevsky district has improved its performance in many respects and has risen eight positions in the republican rating,” the head of the economic department noted.
Shagiakhmetov emphasized that the area of agriculture is traditional for the Alekseevsky district.
“You have managed to increase the efficiency of agricultural enterprises by introducing new approaches and technologies. The issues of wages and staffing require special attention here. An important role is played by the support of small and medium-sized businesses. Your indicators exceed the average for the republic, but there is a lot of work to be done in the coming year,” the Minister of Economy added.
In conclusion, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov noted the well-coordinated work of the administration team, deputies and the public, thanked for the significant contribution to the development of the republic.
