The SME Corporation and the authorities of Tatarstan agreed to jointly develop measures to support small businesses in the republic
Tatarstan became one of the first regions to connect to the МСП.РФ Digital Platform. Currently, 18 support measures from the republican authorities are already available to local entrepreneurs, in addition to 11 federal services. Among them: the opportunity to apply for participation in exhibitions and fairs, get help with accounting, product certification, product promotion. This was announced by the General Director of the SME Corporation Alexander Isaevich during a speech at the round table "Digital transformation: where business and the state meet", held within the framework of the collegium of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. Also, the SME Corporation and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan signed an agreement on the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the region.
“Tatarstan is one of the leaders in terms of entrepreneurship development, as well as in terms of digitalization. Therefore, the fact that the Republic was among the first to connect to the platform is natural. 18 support measures are already available to entrepreneurs of the region on the federal platform, and the number of regional services and support measures will gradually increase,” said Alexander Isaevich.
“Support for entrepreneurship is one of the top priorities for Tatarstan. The introduction of digital tools in this area will make support measures more accessible. We actively cooperate with the SME Corporation. I am sure that the Digital Platform will contribute to the development of entrepreneurship in our republic. We, in turn, are waiting for feedback from business representatives in order to make the platform more convenient and efficient,” said President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
At present, the General Director of the SME Corporation noted, in addition to Tatarstan, 10 more regions have placed their services on the Digital Platform. Local entrepreneurs can already familiarize themselves with them on the СМП.РФ portal and apply for the support they need.
“Their number will constantly increase. The main selection criterion is that the service must be in demand by entrepreneurs. An important component of the work of the СМП.РФ Digital Platform is its proactivity. Within the platform, an automated assessment of the entrepreneur (scoring) is built in, on the basis of which only relevant services and services will be offered to users. In addition, we hear that entrepreneurs have to go to different departments to receive services. The platform will also solve this problem: the process of obtaining support will be simplified through the exchange of data between state systems (digital profile of an entrepreneur),” Alexander Isaevich emphasized.
Also, the SME Corporation and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan signed an agreement on the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the region. The document was signed by Alexander Isaevich and Rustam Minnikhanov. One of the clauses of the agreement provides for the digitalization of services and services for entrepreneurs, the main goal of which is to expand the coverage of businesses and the self-employed with support measures.
Recall that the Digital Platform was created and is being developed in accordance with the national project to support entrepreneurship. It is supervised by First Deputy Prime Minister Andrey Belousov. Now on the СМП.РФ portal it is already possible to open your own business, assess the state and get a rating of an existing enterprise, apply for loans to several banks at once - in total, 11 federal support measures are available, which the entrepreneurs themselves have chosen. By the end of the year their number will increase to 15.
