Entrepreneurs of Tatarstan are invited to assess the competitive environment in the contract system

The Analytical Center under the Government of the Russian Federation is studying the competitive environment in the contract system.

The survey will help to find out the reasons for the high proportion of failed competitive procedures (bidding) in the contract system, we invite business representatives of the Republic of Tatarstan to answer a few questions.

Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs - sellers, suppliers, contractors, performers in the contract procurement system, as well as business representatives who do not have experience in regulated procurement can take part in the survey.

After collecting the answers of the respondents, the experts will determine to what extent the indicated problem is related to the low level of competition in the auction, the presence of barriers to entry into the market and (or) procurement, or the incorrect formation of the initial (maximum) contract prices.

The work is carried out within the framework of the execution of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation.
