The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan conducts an examination expertise

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan in the period from 01/12/2022 to 02/12/2022 conducts an examination expertise of:

- Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated July 9, 2021 No. 554 “On approval of the procedure for providing legal entities with land plots owned by the state or municipal property for rent without holding auctions for the placement of social, cultural and municipal facilities, the implementation of large-scale investment projects »;

- Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated March 12, 2021 No. 124 “On amending the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated October 3, 2012 No. 827 “On the sale of land plots owned by the Republic of Tatarstan or state ownership of which is not delimited, on which buildings, structures, to the owners of such buildings, structures or premises in them in the cases provided for in Article 39.20 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation.

The purpose of the examination is to assess the achievement of the goals of regulation declared during the development and adoption, the effectiveness of the proposed method of legal regulation, the assessment of the actual positive and negative consequences of the proposed method of legal regulation through the analysis of law enforcement practice.

We invite representatives of business associations and other interested parties to take part in public consultations as part of the examination of these regulatory legal acts.
