A meeting of the Supervisory Board was held at the University of Talents
During the implementation of the state program "Strategic Talent Management in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015-2024", a regular meeting of the Supervisory Board of the University of Talents was held on December 22, 2021. The meeting was chaired by the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin. The meeting was attended by: First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan – Director of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Competition Development Rustem Sibgatullin, as well as representatives of relevant ministries
During the meeting, the Executive Director of the University of Talents Aidar Akmalov made a report. He spoke about the results of the work for 2021. The report noted that the organization's activities continue as planned: in 2021, more than 250 people were trained in the modules of the course "Talent Production Management". 16,364 schoolchildren took part in the programs of the Republican Center based on the model of the Sirius Educational Center. It is important to note that during the meeting, a proposal was approved to add two more to the existing areas - astronomy in science and volleyball in sports.
The Supervisory Board also adopted a roadmap for interdepartmental interaction designed to synchronize the actions of ecosystem entities (ministries, departments, educational organizations, companies, etc.) in the development and realization of the intellectual and creative potential of children and youth. The Supervisory Board has identified the main priority in the activities of the University of Talents for 2022 - these are the issues of securing and employment of gifted and talented children and youth in the Republic of Tatarstan.
The members of the Supervisory Board were given a tour of the renovated Laboratory Building of the Republican Center for the Identification and Support of Gifted Children and Youth of the Republic of Tatarstan on the model of the Sirius Educational Center.
