Midhat Shagiakhmetov took part in the meeting of the Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan
The meeting of the Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan was held today by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The work was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midhat Shagiakhmetov.
During the meeting, the participants discussed the implementation of 6 investment projects. Construction of a kindergarten is planned in Naberezhnye Chelny. The project is being prepared for implementation in the 67th microdistrict of Avtograd, 44 jobs will be created.
"AeroMost" Company presented the project of a cable way that will connect the central Gorky Park and the Ak Bars Arena stadium in Kazan. The volume of investments in this project will amount to 3 billion rubles and implies the creation of 120 jobs for its construction.
The total area of the required land plots is 2.9 hectares. The length of the cable way is 2773 m; it will pass through the park zone of Russian-German Switzerland and will open a wonderful view of the green urban areas.
"Falcon Development" has presented a project for the construction of an observation tower on the territory of the Verkhneuslonsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan. The project will be implemented within the framework of the national project "Tourism and Hospitality Industry". The volume of investments in the construction of the observation tower will amount to 50 million rubles. The tower itself will reach 30 m in height.
Representatives of the "Romex" company presented the construction project of the wholesale distribution center "Zelenodolsk 3". The investments required for the implementation of the project are 1.88 billion rubles with the creation of more than 1,000 jobs. The total area of the future distribution center will be 10.3 hectares, and construction is expected to begin in 2022. The purpose of the project is to organize a platform for the storage and processing of bulky cargo.
The creation of a large multifunctional car complex near the Zelenodolsk industrial park of Transit City was the next project considered at the meeting of the Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. It is planned to create propane, butane and electric charging stations on the territory of the car complex. There are also car washes for trucks, self-service car washes for passenger cars and cross-docking for trucks, with an advantageous location near an industrial park.
The volume of investments in the project will amount to 382 million rubles and will be implemented on an area of 5 hectares. Rustam Minnikhanov noted that the infrastructure of the car complex being created is very important for the territory where it will be implemented.
