The workshop of the SME Corporation was held in Kazan
On December 15-16, 2021, representatives of the Federal SME Corporation with the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan held a visiting workshop dedicated to the implementation of measures of state support for entrepreneurship in the Republic of Tatarstan.
For two days the House of the Entrepreneur turned into a platform for lively discussion and development of management initiatives and proposals to stimulate business activity and support entrepreneurs in the region - a strategic session of the Federal Corporation for Development of Small and Medium Enterprises was held in Kazan.
Within the framework of the strategic session, a number of workshops and round tables were held on the instruments of property and preferential financial support for entrepreneurs, issues of ensuring access of SMEs to procurement under Federal Law No. 223-FL, as well as the development of digital platforms for SMEs and the integration of republican electronic services into its functionality.
The format of the event provided for the possibility of full-time participation, as well as connection via electronic communication channels and broadcast on the YouTube channel of the "My Business" republican center. The event was attended by the management staff of the Corporation, who arrived in Kazan, regional and municipal authorities, representatives of the business community and business associations from all regions of the republic - about 500 participants in total.
The participants jointly developed proposals for the implementation of property support for SMEs and the improvement of regional and municipal legislation in this area, expanding the participation of businesses and self-employed citizens in financial support programs, as well as the use of corporate tools.
The key topic of the strategic session was the connection of regional organizations of the business support infrastructure and digital services of Tatarstan to the digital platform of SMEs. The purpose of the digital SME platform, which is being developed within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative”, is to become a business assistant and provide entrepreneurs with the opportunity to receive services and support measures at a click distance that they need at all stages of the company's development.
As noted by the Deputy head of the Directorate of Development and Promotion of services and services for business of JSC "Corporation "SME" Artem Vilisov, in its final form, the platform will allow any entrepreneur to get all the information about himself and his business, as well as what support measures are available to him at the moment.
"Our project will make it possible to create a single platform at the federal level, where an entrepreneur can find out what support measures are available to him, what subsidies he can receive in the region and the municipality. And all this is individual, based on the position of the entrepreneur," stressed Vilisov.
It is planned that the platform will become a single point of access to all measures of state support. At the same time, the Republic of Tatarstan will be one of the first regions whose advanced digital services and solutions in public administration structures will be integrated into the platform.
"The emergence of a convenient tool for single access to all support measures stimulates the growth of their recipients; entrepreneurs will be able to use the measures without having to physically get to any building or institution. In addition, the platform will allow you to remotely receive information about available support programs," said the First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Sibgatullin.
Head of the Regional Development Directorate of the Corporation Andrey Chuev stressed that Tatarstan has repeatedly become a pilot region for the implementation of the Corporation's initiatives. He thanked the republic for its active participation and high level of organization of the event, and also offered to hold a similar event next year.
It should be noted that this is not the first visiting workshop of the SME Corporation in Tatarstan, in 2019 a workshop with the participation of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov already had been held at the Kazan Expo site.
