The Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan, represented by the heads of subordinate organizations, met with a delegation from the Karachay-Cherkess Republic. The business meeting allowed the exchange of experience and tools to support business in the regions.
The Republic from the North Caucasus Federal District was represented by the President of the TPP KCR Diana Khubieva, Director of the center "My Business" Artur Ezaov, Head of the KCR Guarantee Fund Aslan Knukhov. The delegation also included heads of relevant departments that are part of the business support infrastructure.
During the visit to Kazan, the delegation visited the Entrepreneur's House. The guests got acquainted with the structure and activities of the Tatarstan Entrepreneurship Support Fund subordinate to the Ministry of Economy. General Director of the Republican non-profit organization Aidar Salikhov told the guests about the support measures that business entities can use, in particular, it was about a "One percent" preferential microloan.
This product is designed to support businesses affected by anti-covid restrictions, it provides for the possibility of obtaining a loan of up to 1 million rubles for up to 2 years at 1% per annum. The loan amount of up to 200 thousand rubles does not involve deposit money and can be received by the entrepreneur within two days from the date of submission of the application and the necessary package of documents, noted Aidar Salikhov.
They also shared with the delegates the experience of guaranteeing business support in the region. The Guarantee Fund of Tatarstan subordinated to the Ministry provides guarantees for loans to small and medium-sized businesses that do not have their own collateral. Since the beginning of the year, the Fund has issued over 300 guarantees in the amount of 1.6 billion rubles, the amount of loans attracted exceeded 7 billion rubles.
"This year, the guarantee organization launched a preferential anti-crisis product "Support 2021". According to its terms, the maximum amount of the guarantee is up to 50 million rubles. At the same time, the commission fee for the guarantee provided has been reduced by 2 times (compared to the standard one) - up to 0.5%, and the possibility of deferring payment of remuneration for 6 months is also provided," said the director of the Guarantee Fund of Tatarstan Rustem Mukhamedshin.
The members of the delegation from the Karachay-Cherkess Republic were also told that entrepreneurs and self-employed of Tatarstan can benefit from subsidies, special conditions are also provided to export companies.
At the end of the meeting, representatives of the regions noted the need to exchange established practices for the development of entrepreneurship in the regions, which allows creating uniform business conditions throughout the country, and also discussed further plans for cooperation.
