Employees of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan visited industrial parks and systemic companies of Zelenodolsk district
A delegation of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan headed by Deputy Minister Ravil Sirazeev visited Zelenodolsk district on a working visit. The members of the delegation got acquainted with the activities of industrial parks and systemic companies of the municipality, and also held a meeting with the district administration to discuss reserves for further development of the administrative unit.
The first object in the visit program was the M7 industrial Park, the largest in Tatarstan. This is a modern industrial site with a total area of 39.5 hectares. The availability of a comprehensive engineering infrastructure allows for a quick start of production. More than 40 residents are located on the territory of the park, one of which is the company Avalon Production OOO.
Avalon Production, OOO specializes in the production of children's hosiery products under the brand Peppy Woolton. The production is carried out using the most modern and high-tech Italian equipment, which allows to produce up to 1 million pairs of products per year, 74 people are employed in the production. The company plans to expand markets and sales channels both within the country and abroad by attracting new contractors, as well as to increase the volume of production by increasing labor productivity.
After that, the members of the delegation got acquainted with the activities of another resident of the M7 industrial park of AO NPO Elcom. The company develops and manufactures infrared electrical equipment for defrosting wagons, mobile equipment for infrared drying and heating, explosion-proof lamps and heating elements. The company, like the previous resident, plans to increase the export potential of its products, as well as its quality through the acquisition of productive equipment for metalworking and the organization of a painting site.
It is worth noting that operating on the territory of infrastructure support facilities provides residents with access to ready-made areas and engineering infrastructure, subsidies and support programs from the state. Residents of the Zelenodolsk Industrial Park have such an opportunity, which was also visited by employees of the Ministry of Economy as part of a working visit. One of the residents of the park is the company TATFARM, OOO.
The company is implementing a project to create a pharmaceutical production of medicines and a wholesale distribution warehouse. To date, the 1st stage of the project has been put into operation - a wholesale distribution warehouse, in parallel, the company is undergoing the licensing procedure of a pharmaceutical warehouse, after which it will begin implementing the second stage of the project - the launch of the production part.
The delegation also visited another company operating in the industrial park, Energoiinovation, OOO. The manufacturer produces electrical cabinets from SMC plastic, by the end of this year it is planned to produce 10 thousand pieces of ready-made cabinets. In the future - the purchase of additional presses and accessories for the existing fleet of equipment.
After getting acquainted with the activities of residents of industrial parks, the delegation members went to the fiberglass pipe plant. The company specializes in the production of fiberglass pipes and fittings. Due to the growing demand of the market, the prospect of doubling production capacity is being worked out.
After that, the members of the delegation inspected the production areas of the Zelenodolsk polymer processing plant "Era". It specializes in the production of children's games and toys, as well as the production of furniture components, the factory employs over 60 people. The company is developing new types of products; it also plans to purchase equipment in order to increase the production of furniture components.
Another object of the visit within the framework of the working visit was the enterprise for the development and production of LED lamps for commercial, street and industrial lighting of Novalyux, OOO. The company was established in November 2020 and began mass production in the summer of 2021. Now it produces modern LED lamps that provide energy-efficient and comfortable lighting.
The last point of the visit was the largest enterprise of the district - AO Zelenodolsk Plant named after A. M. Gorky. Now more than 4 thousand people work at the systemic company. They are engaged in shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, metallurgy and the production of metal structures. The company's development strategy has been approved until 2025.
The members of the delegation at all facilities provided advice on the ongoing federal and republican business support programs, discussed problematic issues and plans for the further development of enterprises. At the end of the visit, a meeting was also held with representatives of the municipal district administration, where they discussed the current economic situation, existing problematic issues and growth reserves.
