Micro-loan at 1% during the pandemic restrictions helped the entrepreneur from Naberezhnye Chelny in the development of his own business

15 November 2021, Monday

Svetlana Fuzhenkova, an entrepreneur from Naberezhnye Chelny, became the first recipient of a "One percent" microloan from the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan this year. The entrepreneur has issued a micro-loan on preferential terms and plans to direct the funds received to the development of her own business – a children's shoe store.

Shop "Shoes for children" in Naberezhnye Chelny Svetlana opened in the last pandemic year, when the franchise network for the sale of shoes for adults and children, with which the individual entrepreneur had a contract, was closed. At the same time Svetlana moved the business from the shopping center to separate premises and decided to sell only children's shoes.

Preferential micro-loan at 1% Svetlana plans to use for the purchase of children's shoes for the winter season to replenish the store's assortment. I drew up the documents for the microloan online, through the FASTTREK.RF portal. According to the entrepreneur, from the moment of filing the application, only a few days passed before the issuance of the microloan: "I learned about the microloan from open sources, I submitted the application online on November 3 and immediately after the holidays, on November 10 I already received funds."

Let us recall that the "One percent" micro-loan showed high demand among businesses last year. With the introduction of new restrictions caused by the pandemic, and taking into account the feedback received from entrepreneurs and the expert community of the republic, the Ministry of Economy decided to extend the program on concessional lending, starting from November 1.

It is also worth noting that under the terms of federal support programs, they have a targeted focus on the affected categories of entrepreneurial activity, whereas at the republican level it was decided to support, including those areas that were not covered by federal measures and fell under republican restrictions, which included trade.

Thus, a "one percent" micro-loan can be obtained by entrepreneurs in the field of trade, sole proprietors who do not have employees and are active in the fields of hotel business, entertainment, recreation, sports, as well as representatives of SMEs registered from March to July 2020. The full list of activities can be found here.

The amount of the microloan will be up to 1 million rubles for up to 2 years. A microloan is issued at 1% per annum, provided that at least 90% of the number of employees is retained as of October 1, 2021. The lending mechanism also provides for the possibility of postponing the payment of the principal for up to 6 months.

Applications are accepted by the Business Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan at the address: Kazan, Petersburgskaya st. 28, 1st floor. You can apply for a micro loan online on the FASTTREK.RF portal
