In Tatarstan, the implementation of the national project makes it possible to create new areas for the placement of technological productions
Since the beginning of the implementation of the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative", facilities of three industrial parks have been built and reconstructed in Tatarstan, which now have over 350 residents. In one of them, innovative polymer products are produced in the new areas of the technopolis "Khimgrad".
The opening of industrial parks is a reserve for economic development, which opens up the possibility of creating innovative and technological industries, new jobs. One of such productions was the Tatarstan company "BP-Plast", which produces innovative polymer compounds. Production is carried out on the new areas of the technopolis "Khimgrad", built according to the national project, where all the necessary utilities have already been installed – heating, electricity, water supply and sanitation systems. The necessary infrastructure has been created on the territory of the technopolis, ready for use. Thanks to the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the manufacturer has placed products on the international electronic trading platform Europages. In the near future, the company plans to expand its presence on the international market, including through the sale of products through electronic platforms. Also, with the support of the Ministry of Economy, the company received a grant from the Innovation Promotion Fund, the amount received was spent on increasing production capacity.
The company produces more than 2000 types of products – seals for plastic, aluminum, wooden profiles, rubber hoses, compounds for the manufacture of parts for the shoe, automotive industry, medicine, household items, fire protection, etc.
The new buildings of Khimgrad, erected as part of the implementation of the national project to support SMEs, housed 59 companies employing 903 people. The occupancy rate of the areas has already reached 99%. In general, 333 resident companies are developing their business on the territory of technopolis. These companies utilize infrastructure support, which has become possible thanks, among other things, to state investments in the amount of 2.4 billion rubles.
First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Sibgatullin noted that with the support of one industrial park, assistance is provided to several manufacturing companies at the same time. 793 million rubles were allocated from the federal budget for these purposes. The total area of these parks is 207.25 hectares.
"To support manufacturers, industrial parks operate in almost every district of the Republic of Tatarstan, their total area exceeds 2.000 hectares, more than 1.500 resident companies operate on their territory, they have created about 40 thousand jobs. In Tatarstan, much attention is paid to infrastructural support for entrepreneurs in order to save time on connecting to communications without interrupting the main production process," Rustem Sibgatullin added.
