Representatives of the Republic of Tatarstan reached the superfinal of the "Leaders of Russia" contest

Four representatives of Tatarstan were included in the list of 35 winners of the regional finals of tracks from the Volga Federal District in the competition "Leaders of Russia". Two of them won in the track "Business and Industry", two more - in "Public Administration". 

The regional finals ended in Nizhny Novgorod. A total of 354 finalists from all 14 regions of the Volga Federal District took part in the events. The finalists represent different industries: energy, agriculture, transport, petrochemical, rocket and space industry, education, art. In 2022, they will become participants in the superfinal and will meet with the winners from other districts and tracks of the competition.

Tatarstan became the third region in terms of the number of winners after Nizhny Novgorod (12 winners) and Samara (5 winners) regions: the winner of the track "Public Administration" was the deputy director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilnur Siraev. 

"The main goal of my participation in the competition was interaction and work with the best managers and statesmen of our country. "Leaders of Russia" is an impulse to improve their leadership competencies and new opportunities for the implementation of projects to develop the territories of our country and improve the quality of life of the population," said Ilnur Siraev.

An employee of the Ministry of Economy Galimov Ilyas also participated in the competition.
