More than 1.000 entrepreneurs of the Republic can receive comprehensive services from the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan

From November 15 to December 10, 2021, in order to support and assist in the development of small and medium-sized businesses in Tatarstan, the project "Business for pumping" will start. The project participants will be provided with comprehensive services, which include: audit of business processes, organization and implementation of an educational program, consulting services with the involvement of third-party specialized experts and the provision of business tools.

At the first stage of the program, entrepreneurs will be divided into mini-groups formed taking into account the level of profitability of the business and the type of activity. A mastermind is planned for each group - a group format for discussing professional issues, where the auditor will analyze the projects of the participants and identify growth areas, as well as form an individual package of tools for business correction. The audit will include an analysis of elementary business processes that ensure the functionality of the company, namely sales, production and team. A conclusion and recommendations on improving the situation in the company will be prepared for each participant.

The implementation of recommendations is accompanied by individual consultations from third-party specialized experts, as well as the development and implementation of tools for business development - building a sales department, marketing department, 1C implementation, etc.

In addition, during the month, participants will be able to study at a 7-module intensive, which will include the following topics: "Entrepreneurship in a crisis", "Audit of resources", "Unit-economy", "HADI-cycle", "Sales", "Team and personnel Management", "Scaling and Investment".

The training will take place on the My Business online platform and includes webinars with expert speakers in the relevant topic and homework aimed at the practical application of the acquired knowledge. Graduates are issued a document on the completion of training of the established sample.
