Chistopol will receive a grant of 50 million rubles as the best municipal practice by the end of the year
The winners of the All-Russian competition "Best Municipal Practice" have been determined. According to the results of 2021, the city of Chistopol took first place in the nomination in the field of effective "feedback" with residents of the municipality. It will be able to receive a cash grant by the end of the year.
The All-Russian competition "Best Municipal Practice" has been held among urban and municipal districts, as well as rural settlements since 2017. In 2021, the prize fund of the competition amounted to 1 billion rubles. Tatarstan has been participating in the competition for the best municipal practices since its establishment. The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan helped with the preparation of applications for the competition.
According to the Executive Committee of the Chistopol district, it was possible to win the competition thanks to active work with residents through social networks. The head of the district, the head of the executive committee have registered on social networks and are actively answering questions of concern to residents. In addition, other mechanisms of communication with the population are successfully operating in the city: these are the receptions of citizens, and the system of "People's Control" and "Incident Management". Residents of the municipal district actively participate in strategic sessions, gatherings of citizens, meetings, conferences, surveys.
"The victory of the tender application this year will certainly serve as an incentive for further improvement and development of municipal practices in the district. In the Chistopol district, the leadership is actively working with the population. TSG actively manifests its initiatives in the life of the city: they participate in grants. So, since 2017, they have won more than 6.4 million rubles, which were spent on the improvement of the microdistrict," commented Ravil Sirazeev, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to preliminary information, the winners of the competition will receive cash grants by the end of the year, the awarding will take place on December 10 at the congress of the All-Russian Association for the Development of Municipal Self-Government.
