The Russian government has prepared a draft resolution on the payment of a one-time gratuitous grant to small businesses and social NPOs affected by the pandemic in one minimum wage (minimum wage) for each employee.

SME enterprises operating in sports, hotel business, catering, additional education, household services, culture, leisure and entertainment organizations and some others can count on grant support. You can get acquainted with the preliminary list of recipients of support on the website of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.

Companies will be able to apply for gratuitous grants remotely from November 1, 2021. The Federal Tax Service will accept and process applications until December 15. In turn, payments will be made in 8 working days from the date of filing an application with the Federal Tax Service - the first distributions will take place on November 15.

The amount of the grant will be determined depending on the number of employees - based on 1 minimum wage per 1 employee, including the individual entrepreneur himself, and will allow, among other things, to ensure the payment of salaries to employees. The total amount of such support will be about 38.5 billion rubles.

According to the head of government, the support will cover about 3 million employees in the SME sector, including individual entrepreneurs.
