The service for construction companies in the field of control and supervisory activities will start working in November
Based on an Internet resource "Verified Business", created on the initiative of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic, representatives of the construction industry will be able to improve their "supervisory" literacy online for free, pass self-examination and receive recommendations on the types of control and supervisory inspections. The work on the development of the knowledge base in the construction sector is carried out jointly with the experts of the National Association of Builders "NOSTROI".
The Proven Business project is a finalist of the forum "Strong Ideas for a New Time" organized by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) and the Roscongress Foundation. The project includes a reference book of typical violations in the field of control and supervisory activities, interactive checklists for self-checks, expert support and an electronic audit log. Currently, together with NOSTROI, work is underway to develop a knowledge base for construction companies, which will consist of answers to topical questions, generalization of law enforcement practice, methodological recommendations and document templates.
"The peculiarity of the Proven Business project is that entrepreneurs receive up-to-date and necessary information on all types of control for free on one resource. Currently, more than 260 thousand representatives of small and medium-sized businesses and self-employed citizens from various industries have used the services of the Internet resource. Thanks to cooperation with NOSTROI, the base of useful knowledge and a number of services for construction companies will significantly increase, which will have a significant impact on their competitiveness," said the co-author of the Proven Business project Albina Gazizullina.
"The prevention of offenses is a key element affecting the reduction of the burden on business in the form of fines. The integrated approach implemented by the Proven Business project will enable each construction company to independently recognize and eliminate violations of mandatory requirements in a timely manner, prepare for verification and apply instructions developed by NOSTROI experts in its activities. On the other hand, the "Proven Business" will allow us to identify systemic problems and issues that builders face when working with inspection bodies, and then minimize or eliminate them," said the Vice President of NOSTROI Anton Moroz.
According to the Minister of Economy of Tatarstan Midhat Shagiakhmetov, thanks to the "replication of the Internet resource "Proven Business", more and more entrepreneurs are getting the opportunity to take their business to a new level and improve financial performance."
