178 applications have been submitted for the grant competition for NPOs

The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of the competition commission on the provision of grants in the form of subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan to non-profit organizations implementing socially significant projects. The meeting of the competition commission was chaired by Leila Fazleeva, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - chair of the competition commission, with participation of Lilia Mavrina, secretary of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan - deputy chair of the commission, Zilya Valeeva, chair of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan and members of the competition commission.

To participate in the competition for grants in the form of subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan, 178 applications of Tatarstan NPOs from 33 municipalities of the republic were received. The projects are aimed at implementing measures for the development of civil society institutions and civil initiatives, creating conditions for improving the quality of life of citizens. As a result of the meeting, 165 applications were allowed to participate in the competitive selection.

The competition is held in order to implement the socio-economic priorities of the Republic of Tatarstan and create conditions for improving the quality of life of citizens, support in solving topical socially significant issues.
