The parameters of the forecast of socio-economic development and the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2022-2024 were considered at a meeting with municipalities of the Republic
On October 6 of this year, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting with municipal districts, where they discussed the draft forecast of socio-economic development of the republic for 2022-2024 and the draft consolidated budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2022 and the planning period 2023-2024.
The meeting was held via videoconference with the participation of Deputy Chairman of the State Council Yuri Kamaltynov, members of parliament, heads of relevant ministries and departments, heads of municipal districts of the republic.
The trends of socio-economic development and the main parameters of the forecast of the republic for 2022-2024 were presented by the First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Oleg Pelevin.
The basis for the development of forecast indicators was the data of line ministries, leading enterprises and forecasts of the development of municipalities.
The volume of the gross regional product in 2021, according to estimates, will amount to 2.907.8 billion rubles with a dynamics of 103.8%. In 2022-2024, economic growth is projected in the range of 103.1-103.6%.
The industrial production index is expected to reach 105.4% by the end of 2021. The volume of shipped products will be about 3.371.6 billion rubles. In 2022-2024, the growth of industrial production in comparable prices is projected in the range of 103.4-104.0%.
In agriculture, the volume of production in the current year due to adverse weather conditions is expected to reach 225.5 billion rubles (81.7% in comparable prices to the level of 2020), by 2024, according to the forecast, it will increase to 288.5 billion rubles.
In the construction complex of the republic in the forecast period, the dynamics of the volume of contract work is expected at the level of 101-101.5%. According to the forecast, from 2022 to 2024, it is planned to put into operation more than 8.5 million square meters of housing.
Retail trade turnover is recovering in the consumer market. According to the results of the current year, the growth of retail trade turnover is estimated to be 105.8%. In 2022-2024, the positive trend is projected to continue – 102.4-102.5%.
The situation on the labor market is stabilizing. According to the forecast, in the medium term, the share of unemployed in the total economically active population will be about 0.6%.
The growth of real wages in 2022-2024 is projected at the level of 102.7-102.9%.
