The Ministry of Economy will help Tatarstan entrepreneurs to submit reports for free and get an electronic signature

The My Business Center of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative" accepts applications from businessmen for the provision of reporting services to regulatory authorities and obtaining a free electronic digital signature (EDS).

According to the legislation, along with the status of an individual entrepreneur, an individual has the obligation to submit quarterly reports to regulatory authorities – the Federal Tax Service, the Pension Fund of Russia, the Social Insurance Fund and other departments.

The My Business Center with the help of the new Service will help entrepreneurs to report quickly and minimize errors. The service will take over the calculations, control over the deadlines for submitting reports, reconciliation with the budget and filling out payment forms. Access to the service is maintained for 1 year. The new service will facilitate business development, and will also be convenient for novice entrepreneurs who do not know the nuances of reporting.

Tatarstan entrepreneurs are also given the opportunity to receive an electronic digital signature (EDS) for free– which is a digital analogue of a conventional signature. EDS is necessary for remote submission of documents, reporting, work with government portals, participation in electronic auctions.

Services are provided to entrepreneurs registered and operating in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as related to small and medium-sized businesses.

The provision of these services became possible thanks to the regional project "Creating conditions for an easy start and comfortable business" of the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative", approved in accordance with the May decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin in 2019 and aimed at supporting business at all stages of its development from the initial idea to expansion and export.
