Tatarstan entrepreneurs can apply for participation in the competition of social projects

The Russian State Social University, with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and ANO "Russia - the Land of Opportunities", announced the holding of the VII All-Russian competition of projects in the field of social entrepreneurship "The Best Social Project of the Year". Its participants can be small and medium-sized businesses implementing projects in the field of social entrepreneurship, as well as representatives of NPOs whose projects are aimed at solving social problems of society.

The competition is divided into 2 stages: regional and federal. Applications for the regional stage will be accepted until October 29, 2021. In order to successfully submit an application for the competition, it is recommended to pass an examination in advance at the Center for Social Innovations of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. The selection of participants takes place in such categories as support and rehabilitation of people with disabilities, social services, social tourism, additional education and upbringing of children, healthy lifestyle, development of technical means of rehabilitation and IT technologies, support for disabled and elderly people.

The All-Russian competition of projects in the field of social entrepreneurship "The best social project of the year" has been held since 2015. Since 2019, the Contest has been one of the flagship projects of the Presidential Platform "Russia is a Country of Opportunities". The competition is aimed at finding, identifying and popularizing the best projects and practices of social entrepreneurship entities aimed at achieving socially useful goals.
