The All-Russian population census was discussed at a meeting in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan

Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Roman Amirkhanov held a regular meeting of the working group on the implementation of the Action Plan to ensure the sustainable development of the region's economy. The issue of readiness of municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan for the All-Russian Population Census was considered on the agenda of the event.

Olga Krasnova, Deputy Head of the Territorial Body of the Federal State Statistics Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke about the readiness of municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan to conduct the All-Russian Population Census. The issues of passing the Internet census on the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services of the Russian Federation (EPSU) from October 15, 2021 to November 8, 2021, where the Service "Participation in the population Census" will be available to users with a standard or confirmed account, the procedure for self-filling out census forms in electronic form was described in detail.

Also, one of the main topics on the agenda of the meeting was the issue of increasing the efficiency of industrial parks in municipal districts of Tatarstan, increasing their utilization by attracting new residents, creating additional jobs. To this end, support measures are being implemented in the republic aimed at the development of industrial parks with a load below 70%, which opens up great opportunities for entrepreneurs.

Residents are completely exempt from paying transport tax and corporate property tax, they are given the opportunity to receive reduced tax rates on the Simplified Tax System, subsidizing the interest rate on loans and part of electricity costs, providing preferential microloans and loans up to 30 million rubles.

In order to take advantage of the benefits, industrial parks must pass the accreditation of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, and residents and management companies must conclude an agreement on the implementation of activities on the territory of the industrial park with the Ministry of Economy. Currently, the agency is actively working on the accreditation of parks and the signing of agreements.
