Midhat Shagiakhmetov held a meeting with representatives of small and medium-sized businesses of the Aktanyshsky district

A delegation headed by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan-Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov visited the Aktanyshsky district. During the working visit, the minister got acquainted with the activities of the food and automotive industry enterprises of the district, visited an industrial park and met with entrepreneurs of the district. The main purpose of the meeting is to tell business about state support measures, including for agricultural producers affected by drought.

During the trip, the minister got acquainted with the activities of the dairy plant. The company has carried out a comprehensive modernization, the total investment amounted to 5 billion rubles, investments over the past 3 years - 2 billion rubles. A new line, equipment has been installed, and the product range has been expanded - butter, cheese, milk, which are now sold directly through federal and regional retail chains. To date, 191 workplaces have been created there. Cash revenue for 2020 amounted to 432.4 million rubles.

The next object of the visit was OAO "Aktanyshsky Aggregate Plant". The company produces spare parts for cars of KAMAZ PAO. Since this year, the production of components of the rear axle mechanism of trucks has begun. To date, 98 jobs have been created here. The organization received cash revenue for 2020 in the amount of 360.4 million rubles.

Then he got acquainted with the activities of the Aktanysh grain receiving enterprise. Currently, the elevator facilities are being modernized here to improve the quality of products. In addition, the minister visited the Aktanysh Technological College, which received the status of a resource center.

The Minister also visited the industrial park "Aktanysh", where 2 residents are currently operating. One of the residents of the industrial park is the company "Gazstroyservice". The workshop for the production of metal structures is currently operating at full capacity, fulfilling the needs of organizations and the population. It uses high-tech equipment for painting and drying metal mechanisms.

Currently, by the decision of the Council of the Aktanyshsky Municipal district, together with the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, work is being carried out to expand this industrial park by joining the former industrial park "Baza-746" and the building of "Agricultural Machinery". Work is also underway to select a management company for further accreditation of the park and obtaining preferences for residents. It is planned to accommodate 11 residents on the territory of the industrial park.

In conclusion, Midhat Shagiakhmetov held a meeting with representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, during which he outlined the key areas of economic development of the district and focused on growth reserves. The Minister spoke about new benefits for residents and management companies of industrial parks, which open up great opportunities for business.  

After that, the heads of subordinate institutions of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan – General Director of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan Aidar Salikhov and Director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Mukhamedshin told the audience about the state support measures available today for the self-employed and entrepreneurs: existing subsidies, preferential microfinance, guarantees, a complex of non-financial gratuitous services. The meeting focused on the support of farmers who have suffered losses due to the abnormally hot summer in Tatarstan. Preferential microloans of up to 5 million rubles and guarantees of up to 10 million rubles in the amount of up to 70% of the loan amount are available for agricultural producers.

The meeting was also attended by Lenar Khabibullin, Head of the Department for working with micro business clients of PAO "Rosselkhozbank", who reported on alternative support measures for novice farmers, agricultural cooperatives, as well as trade and service enterprises.

Thanks to direct communication between business and government authorities, it is possible to get high-quality feedback from entrepreneurs. The information received during the trips to the district will be used to finalize support measures taking into account the needs and wishes of representatives of small and medium-sized businesses.
