Midhat Shagiakhmetov held a meeting with business representatives of the Vysokogorsky district
A delegation of the Ministry of Economy headed by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan-Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midhat Shagiakhmetov visited the Vysokogorsky Municipal District. The main purpose of the working trip was to get acquainted with the activities of the industrial park and meet with the business community of the district.
The delegation of the Ministry started the inspection of the enterprises of the municipality by OOO "PSK Mineral Trade", which is the largest supplier of construction materials in the republic. Today, the company occupies a leading position in the Republic of Tatarstan in the supply of modern waterproofing and thermal insulation materials. The company has created 83 jobs. The existing problematic issues and development prospects were discussed with the company's management.
The next point of the visit was OOO "Dairy plant "Kasymovsky". The company was established in 2008, is engaged in the production of dairy and fermented milk products – processes up to 250 tons of raw milk per day. Currently, 160 people work there. They talked with the director of the enterprise about the further ways of the plant's development.
Also during the visit Midhat Shagiakhmetov got acquainted with the activities of the HEF industrial park, where residents work, including OOO "Technology", OOO PSK "BarsProm", OOO "Recycling Center", OOO "Vysokogorsk agricultural Machinery", OOO "Hydraulics Trade". The enterprises are engaged in the manufacture of metal structures, the supply of lubricating and cooling fluid, wholesale trade in ferrous scrap, repair of machinery and equipment, materials for the oil and gas industry. During the visit, a meeting was held with residents of the industrial park, they discussed development prospects, held a consultation on a new set of support measures. During the visit to the industrial park, the issues related to the problems that arise during the implementation of projects and concerning the prospects for the development of enterprises were discussed.
Currently, the industrial park has submitted an application for accreditation. After receiving accreditation and concluding an appropriate agreement with the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the management company and residents of the industrial park can apply for comprehensive support measures aimed at the development of industrial parks with a load below 70%. Such as, exemption from payment of transport tax, corporate property tax, reduction of the tax rate on the USN, "Construction" loan, etc.
After that Midhat Shagiakhmetov met with entrepreneurs of the district. Representatives of the subordinate institutions of the Ministry – the Entrepreneurship Support Fund and the Guarantee Fund, told the audience about the state support measures available for business today. Entrepreneurs became interested in the opportunities that support measures provide and received detailed answers from specialists to all the questions raised.
The event was also attended by Airat Farrakhov, Deputy Chairman of the Commission of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on Support of Small and Medium-sized Businesses.
At the end of the trip, the Minister of Economy took part in the solemn events dedicated to the Republic Day, which were held in the Vysokogorsky district.
