Midhat Shagiakhmetov held a round table with business representatives of the Bavli district
The delegation of the Ministry of Economy headed by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan-Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midhat Shagiakhmetov visited the Bavli municipal district. The main purpose of the working trip was to get acquainted with the activities of industrial enterprises and businesses of the district, as well as to inform organizations about state support measures operating in the republic.
Among the first, the minister visited the Alexandrovsky Distillery, OOO and got acquainted with a new investment project for the production of ethyl acetate, dry feed yeast and food carbon dioxide. The manufactured products are planned to be sold within Tatarstan, as well as to neighboring Bashkortostan. The volume of investments required for the implementation of the project is 200 million rubles, the total number of jobs planned to be created is 120. The current status of the project implementation and existing problematic issues were discussed with the company's management.
The next point of the visit was the foundry RINPO, OOO. The oilfield service enterprise was established in 2008, the production includes: a foundry, a section of mechanical processing of parts, a laboratory complex. During the visit, the issue of increasing the volume of production due to the transition to a round-the-clock operation, as well as the growth of production capacity due to the expansion of space and the purchase of equipment was discussed. After that, the delegation went to the enterprise specializing in the production of oil-submersible cable, Tatneft-Cable OOO. The company's products are in demand by oil and gas producing companies.
The management of the companies is concerned about the growth of metal prices. Experts of the Ministry of Economy explained that at the federal level, the Government of the Russian Federation signed decree No. 988 of June 25, 2021, according to which, in order to curb the growth of prices for metal products on the domestic market, export duties on ferrous and non-ferrous metals are introduced in Russia from August 1 to December 31, 2021. The introduction of duties will help mitigate the impact of external conditions on the domestic market, adjust prices for metals and metal products.
Also during the visit, the members of the delegation got acquainted with the activities of the Bavli Furniture Factory. Financial support measures for expanding production and purchasing the necessary equipment were discussed with the head of the enterprise. The assembly shop of the carcasses of the Bavli Furniture Factory is located in the former building of Tatneft-Active OOO, which was transferred to the local self-government bodies of the Bavli district on behalf of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, R.N.Minnikhanov.
Representatives of the Ministry of Economy inspected the territory and empty premises of the central warehouse of NGDU "Bavlyneft" with an area of 2.2 hectares. The prospects of creating an industrial park were discussed with the head of the Bavli district and the management of Tatneft, PAO
We recall that the Ministry is working on the accreditation of industrial parks to provide the subjects of parks with benefits and support measures - reducing tax rates on the Simplified Tax System, full exemption from payment of transport tax and property tax of organizations, subsidizing the interest rate on loans and part of electricity costs, providing preferential microloans and loans up to 30 million rubles.
The delegation also visited the multi-profile company "Omega". The company is at the stage of completion of the construction of a hotel complex with an area of 1500 m2 for the development of the tourism business. The company was offered financial support measures implemented by the Ministry of Economy and its subordinate structures. In addition, representatives of the Ministry visited the objects included in the "Our Yard" program.
Also Midhat Shagiakhmetov together with the Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Commission of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on Support of Small and Medium-sized Businesses Ayratom Farrakhov held a "round table" with representatives of the asset of the municipal district, where they discussed the current economic situation, existing problematic issues and growth reserves.
After the representatives of the authorities met with the business community of the district, the event was also held in the form of a "round table", where each of the participants could ask a question, take an initiative. On the agenda is the provision of state support measures – microloans, subsidies, guarantees, consulting and other non-financial services aimed at developing and strengthening business. A fruitful dialogue between representatives of business and government allowed to hold a productive meeting and get high-quality feedback from entrepreneurs.
