Tatarstan entrepreneurs will be taught free of charge to accelerate the output of products to the foreign market under the "Export acceleration" program
Entering the international market often seems to entrepreneurs to be a time-consuming and resource-consuming process. To remove barriers, Tatarstan entrepreneurs who plan to become exporters can take part in the acceleration program "Export acceleration". The program is aimed at unlocking the export potential of the business.
The event is free of charge and is held within the framework of the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative". The program was developed and implemented by the Russian Export Center together with the Regional Export Support Center subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
"Export acceleration" is a course on the accelerated withdrawal of small and medium-sized businesses for export, which consists of 6 educational modules and a set of services for information and consulting support at all stages of the implementation of the acceleration program.
During the training, participants will get acquainted with the tools for determining the foreign sales market and finding buyers, learn how to prepare goods for export. As a result of the program, entrepreneurs will receive the necessary knowledge and skills for the effective implementation of an export project, form a systematic approach to structuring an export project – from choosing a foreign market to calculating the optimal logistics route, minimizing risks, reducing costs.
As part of the acceleration program, the company, with the support of mentors and trackers, will develop a plan for entering export markets (up to three for each company), provide support at all stages. The purpose of participation in the program is to conclude new foreign trade contracts after 12 months from the date of entry into the export acceleration program.
Following the results of the accelerator, the company will prepare up to 3 plans for entering foreign markets – 3 export projects.
