Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan-Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midhat Shagiakhmetov paid a working visit to the Zainsky district.
During the visit, the minister got acquainted with the activities of the industrial enterprises of the district, met with the heads of organizations and the business community. The event was also attended by the Deputy Chairman of the Commission of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on support of small and medium-sized businesses Airat Farrakhov, and the head of the Zainsky district Razif Karimov.
The Minister began the inspection of the municipal enterprises with a visit to the Progress industrial park that are being created, where a meeting with the director of the management company was held, dedicated to the prospects for the development of the park. The industrial park specializes in the processing of waste and used oils, and plans to further expand production. The director of the park's management company was given advice on a new set of measures to support industrial parks with a occupancy rate of less than 70%. Currently, the Ministry of Economy is accepting applications for accreditation of industrial parks – accreditation makes it possible to obtain a set of measures: exemption from payment of transport tax and property tax, reduction of tax rates on the USN, preferential microloans and loans up to 30 million rubles, subsidizing electricity costs.
After that Midhat Shagiakhmetov visited the operating industrial park "Zaman" located on the territory of the district, where he got acquainted with the activities of the Zainsky elevator. The elevator has been operating since 2015, constantly increasing its production potential. The company plans to accept 179 thousand tons of grain this year. The members of the delegation visited the laboratory, got acquainted with the modern equipment for receiving grain – today the daily receiving capacity is estimated at 4 thousand tons.
Midhat Shagiakhmetov also visited OAO "Zainsky Sugar", where the minister was told about the prospects for the development of the enterprise – plans for the introduction of modern high-tech and energy-efficient processing of sugar beet.
Another object of the visit was the yard on Gagarin Street, 53a, which is being improved according to the "Our Yard" program. Midhat Shagiakhmetov also visited Zainskaya GRES, where the General Director of AO Tatenergo, Rauzil Khaziyev, spoke about the progress of preparatory work for the construction of a new combined-cycle gas plant with a capacity of 850 MW. Let us recall that the modernization of the GRES worth 40.8 billion rubles is carried out under the agreement on the protection and promotion of capital investments. It is planned to put the facility into operation by 2024. During the implementation of the project, 103 new jobs will be created.
After the inspection of industrial enterprises, the Minister of Economy held a meeting with representatives of small and medium-sized businesses. Entrepreneurs from various fields took part in the dialogue. The meeting discussed in detail the support programs for entrepreneurs and self-employed citizens, including those implemented under the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative". In the question-answer format, the business problems that are acute at the moment were discussed, the proposals of entrepreneurs were listened to. The questions of entrepreneurs addressed to the minister touched upon a variety of areas of business development. A number of requests from entrepreneurs were resolved on the spot, the remaining issues were taken into account.
Midhat Shagiakhmetov noted that all the programs adopted by the republic's leadership were created taking into account the requests and real needs of Tatarstan's business and are aimed at developing entrepreneurship and the economy, preserving and creating new jobs.The Minister urged entrepreneurs to use support tools more actively, to meet modern trends, to use electronic platforms for business expansion.
"The pandemic has led to an increase in the number of entrepreneurs selling their products on marketplaces, they have significantly increased the volume of sales of their products. The purpose of our trip is to get feedback from the business, to find out whether the development of additional programs is required, to develop joint solutions for support. Our task is to help every business representative who needs help. When there are support measures, it is necessary to actively use them," the minister stressed.
